I remember an episode of THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY about the training of a seeing-eye dog. He got so well trained that he kept his master away from a scintillating downed electrical wire!

The Seeing Eye dogs are great, the Hearing Ear dogs not so much. They can hear everything, but can’t articulate what they’ve heard.

I’m sure Gilligan had lots of fun doing this one. Love it. So playful.

The training for these dogs is amazing and they all have such incredible personalities. Every time I see one of these dogs I want to say “Thank you for your service” – and I’m not being disresprectful because so many dogs are also trained for veterans.
