Now scammers can buy AI helpers who will be more than capable of correcting spelling and grammatical errors. The real scams are MUCH less obvious. I can teach you to avoid scams for easy monthly payments at my_secrets_to_stop_scammer.gov
I got a text message a couple days ago from “USPS service”, saying a package was delayed due to an incomplete door number. They provided a shorturl link to update my address. My phone automatically flagged it as potential spam, but even aside from that, there were several red flags.
