Yes. But this has been building for years. It was well before COVID when I saw an article in National Geographic (a magazine we dropped when it went woke) about how bird watching was a racist activity.
I heard of some of this, and reasons for the changes, and it’s just plain stupid. Why is woodpecker too offensive!!!??
This will get a lot more stupid as the week goes on. Tell your birder friends there’s a comic doing a mocking bird imitation os them…
