$7.99 per pound is really inexpensive! Less than .50 per oz… that’s a lot of pills for half a buck!

I was also thinking that it doesn’t sound like a bad deal.

Better than the unit pricing I see at the supermarket for various seasonings. By the pound, some of those are very expensive.

Apparently the GoComics AI censor doesn’t mind the singular “spice,” but when you use the plural, it lets you know that it’s on the banned list. My two comments above were intended as a single statement, but I broke them down to isolate which word it wouldn’t approve. (I got my second comment through by using the word “seasonings.”) When I googled whether the plural form of “spice” is a dirty word, I found a couple of examples of this happening before, in other forums. One proposed explanation was that a few of the letters, if isolated, are an ethnic slur, but that wouldn’t explain why the singular is allowed and the plural isn’t. But just a heads-up to everyone to be careful about posting any spicy talk here! (Oh, it’s okay with the adjective form of the word. Go figure!)
