While of course there are exceptions where some husbands and wives TOTALLY AGREE on everything (Yeah Ha Ha), it all started with Adam and Eve and went downhill ever sinceHowever, civilizations adapted and many of us do have a peaceful and agreements aside, even joyful, co-existence with our spouses…….
Ok at least they communicate clearly enough to disagree. Poor Brutus. It’s always 2 on 1 in their discussions because the old bat is always in Gladys’s amen corner!
I leave Brutus with this thought from Paige Braddock: “I find it best not to over think the mind of a woman. It is like string theory… somewhere, someone understands it, but that person, however, is not me.”
A gentleman I know, when asked how he and his wife managed to stay together as long as they did, remarked that it was easy since one or the other of them was never at home. She was a flight attendant and was often out of town and, at times, out of the country.

You’d think that after all these years of marriage Gladys would have done a better job of training him.

The real problem Brutus has is with Gladys’ mother. While Brutus and Gladys get along quite well, even with the occasional disagreements.

Communication means you understand each other. Agreeing is not necessary and arguing is not allowed
