Actually, when I was four, I received a magnetic board, letters, and numbers — I still have some of the last two — for Christmas and spelled out those words on it. I used to bug the adults on how to spell words.

Wait until you get up to the four-letter words, CB. That’s when your troubles really start.

If only it were that easy, Charlie Brown.

No silent letters have crept into those words yet CB.
