I planted 3 new plants in my butterfly garden this morning—no shade and about 85 deg, dirty, hot work, with the sweat dripping onto the lens of my safety glasses and off the tip of my nose. But I love getting hot and dirty working in my garden, and then going into my cool (-ish) house, taking a refreshing shower, and cooling my core temperature with a big bowl of rock-hard ice cream!
