I think we all are guilty of this, to some degree. There is nothing wrong with admitting it, and/or recognizing it in yourself; especially when looking at the pure definition:
A preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.
Self awareness is knowing that about ourselves, and sometimes not liking it. I remember telling my mom when I was a kid “Asparagus may be good, but it’s not good for me.” 6 decades later, I had some grilled asparagus. It was surprisingly tasty.
Of course, we all have prejudices. The problem is when prejudices against a particular group of people cause us to act out against them in negative ways.

“Prejudice” just means “noticing patterns”. Pattern recognition is a very important survival skill.
