It seems that Christmas has become just a gift grabbing/exchanging day. A day that most children just look forward to because of all the “gifts”. I was a lot more meaningful to me and my brother when we were children. We were happy to get an orange or tangerine along with a few candies. If there was something else, it would have been a book or some item of clothing. Yes, we were poor, but my brother and I never thought we were. We were so happy with what we got. And we also went to church to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
