Hey Cathy, you know your scale could be off by a few pounds, you should get a second confirmation on a different scale. When I was a teen, one of my sisters fell victim to a prank when 2 of her other siblings adjusted the scale a “bit” when she was on a diet. The names of those involved in this heinous act are withheld to protect the innocent (as well as those who “might” have been involved).
Just keep doing what you’re doing, Cathy, and make that your new normal. I didn’t think I’d ever get below a certain number, but I did. So I kept eating healthy, eating less, and exercising, and this is my normal weight now.

Another rainy day – but I don’t care. The wall and repairs to the lawn were completed yesterday. I will admit some sunshine would be nice though. I hope you are all having a sunny day (even if it is raining).
