I’m pretty sure that Boomers were the first generation to eat out so much. I was raised by Silent Gen and Greatest Gen parents and we only ate out once or twice a year. We also never went to fast food places. Now it seems pretty standard. So maybe the answer to Cathy’s question is “cooking less”?
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! Have a great day, all!
It seems we have redefined relaxed with overeating and not exercising.
The fire near us is being held now and is not expected to get any larger. The rain yesterday helped a lot. With the overcast sky I cannot determine if there is still visible smoke coming from the fire. Everyone is really happy that the fire did not reach the town of Cobalt as we all still have vivid memories of the fire in 1977 that destroyed over 1/3 of the town.

You mean, “relaxed” abs & upper arms? Got ‘em! (Don’t LIKE ’em, but, got ’em!)
