Hoo Boy, that would be “terrible” (◔_◔) How about you have some standards when it comes to professionalism (for both men and women), and just enforce that? And because you’re all supposed to be adults, maybe just have a private conversation with the ones who don’t understand how to dress appropriately in a business environment, rather than making up stupid stuff at the coffee station.

As I suspected – Cathy’s boss does not want the women to cover up as he is enjoying the ‘scenery’. Unfortunately I suspect there are a lot of male bosses out there that feel the same way. I know we have come a long way in the last 100 years but I think we still have quite a way to go before women are treated as equals in the business place – based on their skills and ability of course.
We had a nice little meeting about dress code at my job awhile ago. After the meeting, I looked at the one guy in our cohort and said, “I guess this wasn’t for you.” Lol
I think you should have a decent fit body to wear skimpy clothes as unfortunately today many don’t have that body but wear the skimpy clothes anyway. Just my opinion.
