There is a balance in it all. Depending on the business, you may want someone who has lots of experience, which usually means older. Or maybe in some industries (eg. entertainment), it may be advantageous to look younger. I think it’s possible to use Botox where no one can tell you have it. I’ve also seen people where it is super clear that it was used heavily.
I do think things are coming back to the “natural aging looks better” beliefs, which is great. Although I do think that it’s possible to lightly use anti-aging techniques without going overboard. Not everything has to be extreme.

I see young and hip when I look in the mirror. Hmmm. Maybe I should try the “Mirror Mirror on the wall” thing since I am obviously living in fantasyland. I never was hip and I am beginning to wonder if I ever was young. Maybe all those memories are just fantasies.
It is that time of year again – the end of summer. There was a flock of a couple of hundred geese swimming in front of our house the last two days and yesterday I saw a flock of at least a thousand coming in for a landing on the water. Temperatures are warmer this week so I won’t worry about snow for a while yet.
