Every year there’s recommendations on the internet for using “leftover candy bars”. Most suggest you chop them up and bake them into cupcakes. Really? Instead of the 3,000 calories of just EATING them, let’s add another 10,000 by making them into pastries! Thanks a bunch!
I agree with prince valiant. The evening hours are the hardest to get through without eating. Seems during the day we are busy and are mind can, hopefully, stay focused on work or fun or both and not think of food. Sure glad I am busy every evening – except that bag of leftover dark chocolate covered almonds I picked up at our resort store last week is sitting right beside me – calling me.
