Other question: why do yoga at the office? I thought one goes there to work and hurry to get out of it as soon as possible to do yoga or whatever one likes to do some place else alone or with people one choose to spend time with.
I would find some good excuse every day so I would not have to attend corporate yoga classes. It was bad enough having to go through ‘Survivors’ seminars when I first joined the last company I worked for. The seminars were to help people deal with the fact that they were still employed after the massive layoffs. Yes, I said I had just been hired on – right after the layoffs. Certainly was a waste of time for me. However I thought it was good of the company to at least try to help employees deal with stress. On the other hand, when all 23 of us in the IT department were terminated there was no offers of assistance – not that I needed it but there others in the department that were very anxious as they had worked in that office for their entire careers – some were there for over 30 years.
Hmmm, I don’t think corporate yoga classes would have helped anyone.

Yoga “fashions” are similar to bagged candies. Do you want Halloween? Easter? Christmas? Open the bags; it’s all the same stuff!

Why dress up to do yoga or any exercise? A ratty old tee shirt and shorts (or jeans) would do just fine.

Well, when it comes to yoga, so much for K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid)—ha.
HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
