I was chatting to a Quebecoise lady, about cats. She asked if our panther boy was friendly, and if he purred? but she couldn’t remember the English for purr, so said it in French. I couldn’t resist replying that he do ron ron ron, he do ron ron.

Mittens would look extra fancy in a beret. The Tabby bros. would be so jealous.

I went to school with a guy who was learning French. He spoke with a Texas accent.

French with a Texas accent is… different.
