1) Bodily pick up the cat (hands behind the front paws and no one gets hurt).2) Toss cat off the bed.3) When cat tries to jump back on bed, repeat steps 1 and 2.4) If cat still won’t get the message, pitch cat out bedroom door and close door before cat can get back in.5) Make bed.
Either that, or make bed with cat still in it. Cat MIGHT eventually get the message.

Bed making is always postponed indefinitely at my house due to cats.

This one is easy to solve. The steps are:
