At least you didn’t go through the cellar floor and end up in China, Sluggo.

Sluggo landed on his butt. Possibly the best pratfall in a comic strip.

If Sluggo had a coal fired furnace and a load of coal we would have considered him well off indeed. Wonder if he was still doing his laundry with a wash tub and scrub board.

I want to know why he was on the roof with a paintbrush.

Well the concrete floor certainly would have broken his fall.
