A little bit chill in the morning, a little bit windy too, I’m playing in my spare time’s Dead Space but my son keeps taking from me the Xbox so he can play Animal Party, nothing special today, just a little bit closer to Christmas! Take care guys, have a nice day!
It was 35 when I got up this morning, a bit colder than usual for us. We’re up to 50 at the moment, going up to 59. I think I can switch to a lighter jacket when I go out in about a half hour. I have already been to get my hair cut and was glad to be wearing my nice warm heavy jacket.
Yesterday was more cross-stitch. It’s coming along. I’m finally getting to the point where I don’t have to tear as many stitches out as I was before. (Or maybe I’m just getting lazy. There are some places where I should have…)
We watched a very exciting hockey game last night. A friend of Mike’s gave him their log in for AHL TV. (American Hockey League – the affiliate teams for the NHL) Henderson has a team called the Silver Knights (affiliated with Vegas’ Golden Knights of course) and it was their game we watched. It went into overtime and the Knights won. It’s pretty exciting on the big screen TV we’ve got, almost as good as being there. The audio was from the local radio station that broadcasts the Knights’ games and some of the things the announcer said were hilarious.
