And air lifting a HS player with a broken leg is so over the top as to be beyond belief. Med-Flight wouldn’t put a chopper in the air for an injury like that. Local EMS wouldn’t think of calling for one. Guarantee the insurance company isn’t going to foot the $13,000 Med-Flight bill. Yup. That’s the average bill for a medical evac helicopter.

“It would have been better if your best player didn’t get injured.” Well, yeah, his backup threw an interception (possibly a pick-six), didn’t seem to ever score, and the only reason Gil won was on a miracle Hail Mary at the end. So, Gil, you kind of sucked after the injury. And speaking of sucking, Mopped Up Thorp rarely sucks.
