Ha! I love how Nate is having a perfectly friendly conversation with Gina here, just as though she were Dee-Dee or Teddy. That gave me a nice feeling :)

Huh, thought it would be Nate’s comics for the week, but guess it might be both! Must admit, I like the joke, Nate’s disbelief is funny, especially with his two archenemies next to him!

But also like, Godfrey, don’t punish him. He’s doing something nice. Like, come on.

Isn’t that the premise of most YA? Look at Potter, villains abound in middle (and high) school.

Everyone against the protagonist is the antagonist by definition, obviously.

7/10 was kinna hoping for another big Nate comic but ah well maybe it’s both let’s hope also pls let this not be godfrey punishing nate and nate drawing in detention

It’s not even just the teachers. Half of PS 38’s student body are villains for no reason at all.

9/10, okay, not a comic yet, but nice to see Nate talking nicely with Gina!

Godfrey is Public Enemy #1

Mrs. Godfrey is the main villain. Gina is the secondary villain. Coach John is a major antagonist. And the majority of the student body is loaded with jerks.

Nate thinks that he is the protagonist in his life. Unfortunate.

Mrs. Godfrey’s thoughts: “Are they talking about ME being a VILLAIN? I will punish Nate since he probably roped Gina into the conversation…”

In this day and age, he is so right. Students assaulting teachers, rioting in the halls, and the increasing trans assaults against straight people is appalling.

Actually, she is more like a fireman. She does save lives but mostly she puts out fires around the school….
