Battle between mind and body. Which one is less lazy?

A good time to practice mind over body.

It’s a knockout win for my body if I fall asleep!

Eh horsie, your mind and body is one and the same. No body without mind and no mind without body.

It’s about proper balance, on chair, or a couch, or a bed.

He’ll watch it in one of those ‘test mirrors’.

I predict his body wins in a TKO…

and so they begin… Mind starts with a Body slam, then gets a headache, the fight continues up the hall into the kitchen… pots and pans exploding… Body breaks the chair on Horace’s head… popcorn all over the place. Horace finally negotiates a cease-fire to allow a well-being check…!

The winner gets a nap!

There doesn’t have to be a fight here.

You can exercise your mind now while your body takes a rest.

Later you can exercise your body while your give you mind a rest.

This is a dilemma for a lot of horses, Horace! You just have to be hot to trot, when in the mood!
