It’s easy to make a Bula Boop out of Hula Hoop…….just flip it over and it automatically reverses direction. Duh!

I use the bula boop on my left arm, where it becomes a Lula loop, rotating vertically. On my right arm, I use my rula roop. Vertically counter clock wise.
