I almost always drink caffeine free drinks, starting with decaf black tea, hot and steamy, in the morning. I have a pot brewing right now. But, on Tuesday morn, at my breakfast Bible study, I have regular coffee. All of it is high in antioxidants so they can’t be all bad.

i drink decaf iced coffee all day…grew up in RI where the state beverage is still coffee milk…
