Can any iguana owners tell me why Quincy can’t be contained in his terrarium when Jason isn’t directly interacting with him?

Parents take the blame, whether guilty or not. No room for personal responsibility.
I agree that Quincy should not have chewed it up, Paige should have put it inside of book and put the book in a desk drawer, that’s what I would have done if I had ever received a signed photo of Farrah Fawcett.
In some households, this would end with Quincy no longer there.
