The temperatures are more seasonable this morning at 20, that of course means the snow melt has stopped and rivers are going down again. The forecast indicates sunny to partly cloudy and a high of 33.
I see the Colorado Supreme Court is trying to keep Mr. Trump off the primary ballet in Colorado. No surprise this court are all Democrat appointed but still two of them dissented making a 3-2 ruling. SCOTUS should strike it down. If they don’t then there is no place left to go. Well, maybe Mars.
Some times I get too political so I’ll try to dial it back a bit, but I am MAGA.
I see sunlight on the ridge and that is good. May the heavenly sunlight show you the way though your day and may God bless.
PT this morning, and between that and my usual schedule of exercise, I’ve had a workout! I don’t go back again until next Thursday but I will keep up with my schedule.
I got the rest of my wrapping done yesterday and everything’s under the tree. Poor Sting, though. He had taken to sleeping on the tree skirt and now the only uncovered space on the skirt is where the legs of the tree stand stick out. He looked so bewildered last night.
My friend Cozy has decided to go ahead and finish up her radiation treatments next week and I’ve agreed to take her to the clinic Tuesday and Wednesday. She had put the final few treatments on hold for a few days, even considering not doing them. She’s really hurting to the point of wishing for death. I pray for her, but there’s not much else I can do besides just being there for her. Once she’s done with these treatments, she’ll start to heal and will feel better pretty soon, but in the meantime, she feels so bad!
It’s a beautiful blue sky day. No clouds in sight. It’s about noon and we’re at 65 heading for 68. Even the overnight temps aren’t that bad right now. We’re expecting 49 tonight. But wait until Sunday. Both highs and lows will go down around 10 degrees. (Not that I’m complaining. That’s what jackets are for.)
