I heard from Arye this morning. He says he’s at the Bronx Concourse Rehab Center and has been there for more than a year. He says he can’t walk without either a wheelchair or a rollator. He prefers the rollator, but the nurses want him to use a wheelchair all the time. And, just being Arye he dyed his hair green last week. He says he’s trying to look like one of the characters in the book he wrote several years ago.
He’s lost his copy of his book “Promise of Bisibi” and sent me a copy digitally years ago. He asked me to send it back to him but a search on my computer says I don’t have it anymore. If any of you have a digital copy of that manuscript, he would really like to have it sent to him. If you do I’ll give you his email address.
I’ve been to my PT appointment this morning and all is good, if a bit sleepy.
We realized that we did not have a radio here so I ordered one from Amazon. I have it on my desk now tuned to the NPR classical station. Right now it’s playing excerpts from Handel’s “Messiah”. At least now we have one for emergencies.
We’ve had fun the last two days taking care of Scooter. She doesn’t think of us as “her people” anymore, so after being very welcoming for about 2 minutes she “allows” us to play with her for a few minutes and then demands food.
Mike arrived home as I was typing this. My computer is at the window facing the street, so I can see all the comings & goings. So we’re off the hook with Scooter now.
It’s another pretty day here with blue skies and a very few wispy clouds. We’re expecting 62 today and it’s 52 right now (10 AM).

A good foggy morning to you.
As I said it’s foggy and 38 degrees. The forecast says a lot of fog and a lot of clouds, high 44. Come on winter, lets get this over with.
All I got’ta say is, not a lot going on. Calm, quiet, make my rounds and then veg. (^.^)
