The credit card bills.

I gave this strip a like, but it’s more like a nightmare. Though I’ve heard that one should get someone else what you’d like to receive. Too bad Herb couldn’t have a family member that would stick with something general purpose like a Visa gift card.

Time to go to one of the machines where you can sell your unused gift cards. Get the money, and go get what you really want.

My mother did that to my Dad…he only liked classical music…she bought him Jazz. He protested that she got that for herself, and she just smiled.

well, at least he doesn’t have to pay for the gifts.

I always say that you know you’re getting older when Christmas list means what you are going to get for someone else and not what you want.
