My daughter and son-in-law smoked their turkey and finished it in the oven. I don’t have the heart to tell them that I don’t like the flavour at all. Give me my regular old roast turkey any time.
I always felt that with “ALL” the Holidays so close together (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years) ….. that it’s such a “BIG” letdown after and right in the brunt of Winter …… :/
