Years ago, when I lived in an apartment, there was some theft of packages. I packed the week’s garbage in a box, sealed it, and labeled it as shipped. Put it out, and off it went. No more treks to the dumpster.
“I got an idea” says Arnie, “why don’t you put an old box with delivery labels fill it with rocks, put it on your porch, or better yet, collect some of Kewpies pies and fill the box with that too. Don’t make it too heavy”, Brutus replies, “I didn’t know how devilishly clever you are”…
Twice this week I have had packages on my porch that were delivered here rather than a neighbor. I carried the first one to them. I texted the second time, and they picked it up. A sticker was blocking the entire address the second time, not sure about the first.

LOL!! That’s a good thing, Brutus, since you still have your coat. There are upsides to being a born loser.

My favorite video regarding porch pirates was an air powered device that fires dog poop when the box is opened.

That’s not surprising since he looks like Les Nessman without the bandage on his forehead.

I feel that way whenever I go into a store and find that they’re no longer carrying a product I like.

Totally understandable!

Our hapless hero is victimized twice. Once when the package was stolen, then by the habiliments rebuke when the coat is discarded.

LOL! I’m sure it’s a very nice coat, Brutus.

Just an afterthought, I was too busy yesterday and Christmas so I missed it here!
Did Mother Gargle give him the red sweater for Christmas present? And I sure hope the porch pirate didn’t make off with that red sweater!

They were probably not looking for any clothes at all, Brutus. They were probably hoping for Ipads and Android pads and such, something to hock.

Great gag! Only a born loser would have worse taste than thieves.

Just a lucky guy sometimes. Usually, stuff is never recovered. I guess those crooks had very poor taste…..

well that was rude… if they didn’t like it that much they could’ve thrown it away instead of tossing it to the side to be found. :D

Brutus put Mother Gargles fruitcake in a fancy box and leave it on the porch, if the the porch pirates return you will have your revenge.
