In high school, I would catch flies, make a semi-slip noose of thread (stops slipping when you tighten the small loop), and put it over their head and set it around their tiny neck. Then you staple the other end to a paper airplane and fly in during class, or tie it to the desk of a girl you wish to annoy/impress because you like her.
