The real issue is that people who use botox and get plastic surgery do not look pretty. They look like people that use botox and plastic surgery. In my opinion, they never look as good as people who age normally. Sure, in cases of burns or disfiguring injuries, reconstructive surgeries are needed, but to do it all for vanity? Nope.
