Brutus likely pitched the snow from the front lawn onto the sidewalk. Poor Brutus.

As long as he ends up at the street so you can get out, Gladys, it’s all good.

A pathway out is still a pathway out; where were you when he started to stray; and lastly, 50 ft from the house entrance to the sidewalk is pretty long…..

Better to walk on the lawn than the icy walkway.

Brutus as long as you make it to the front sidewalk what difference does it make, but when you shovel the front sidewalk try to stay out of the street.

gearing up to go out and shovel the walk (hi! common ’tator) and elsewhere at this very moment…

having just got 10 inches of lake effect snow, i grabbed my trusty show shovel and headed from the steps … in a ‘straight’ line,down towards the sidewalk..a good 60 feet or so… and although i kept a great pace and was sure i was on the straightest line…when i got to the side walk and turned around to look at my great straight line shoveling … i saw a crooked path that most drunken sailor’s would have been proud to walk ….
