We actually met an honest solar salesman. After reviewing our roof & the surrounding trees, he told us we’d only get about 15 – 20% power and we’d be long dead before it got “paid off”. Since they were the neighbors trees, nothing we could do. We do appreciate the cooling shade in the summer though!

Solar panels have their use and place, but not reflecting off every home owners roof. Ever tried to repair a roof with panels bolted on it?
