Why wait until March?

Life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Life gives you high winds, go fly a kite!

In my backpack that kite would be tangled and crushed.

Wind chill….ugh!

Wallace is ready for anything!

This cartoon reminds me of the phrase, “When I was your age, I had to walk to school 2 miles through the snow, uphill both ways.”

Seize any opportunity.

Going where no Wallace has gone before.

Why not just attach the seagull to some string? Then you don’t need wind…

Now that is a coastie.

I keep a kite in the trunk of my car, for just such an emergency.

Make the best of a bad situation

love the way their eyes help convey how hard the wind is blowing…

I actually do keep a pocket kite in my backpack, and another in my car. You never know when you might just need to fly a kite! :)
