Backhanded joke………..

I was recently ill and the neurologist wanted to do a spinal tap. I told her h3ll no, I had that once before and it resulted in the worst headache you can imagine. Not only your head hurts, but all the way down to your shoulders. And no pain reliever will touch it.

I did finally get relief after I ate some corn muffins with lots of maple syrup. I don’t know if it was the reason, but the pain left fairly soon after.

I had an epidural once. In the neck. That’s what “killed” me. That same doctor brought me back.

I had two in my lower back to ease my back pain. The first one worked, then the second I nearly went to the ceiling, it was worse than my back pain. Never again.

It should have been spine or brain numbing.

I had to have two epidurals when my daughter was born. The first one didn’t take, and the second one numbed me from the shoulders down and made me very giggly.

“I just finished a book on huge tattoos.”

“How was it?”

“Too skinny…”

Wonder if she got goosebumps too? Some are so big they look,Ike terrycloth!

The book about solar flares gave her hot flashes.
