Doggies gets to eat inside because clean their plates. Yours too if table low enuff.

It’s downright mean to force Mog to eat outside in the rain!

Just buy a boot tray and put the feeding bowl and water dish on it. That’s what I did for a cat who insisted on dumping his water bowl over and lapping the water up from the floor.
Sounds like a perfect compronise no one is happy.
