Most thermostats in classrooms today are hooked into Sky Net. They’re set by Big Brother at about 70 and the classroom teacher can move it about two degrees in either direction. We had students who used to bring shawls to class in the winter.
I always thought it interesting how fast a room full of kids could make the temperature go up. My classroom would be nice and cool, the kids would come in and five minutes later it’d be hot and stuffy.
A compliment from Amelia? All the signs are there. She has fallen hard for Spud. Although she badmouths him and his choices so no one realizes she likes him, ever once in a while she can’t hide her true feelings for him. Valentine’s Day is coming up, Spud. Who knows, maybe you’ll finally win her over. LOL

Coming from Amelia, that’s quite a compliment. Going from HER to SPUD is even more impressive!

I hope Spud’s comment about the Nordic tundra doesn’t attract any trolls to this site.

I will never understand how someone can so perfectly capture facial expressions when they draw the eyeball overlapping the nose
