While in college I sold plumbing supplies to contractors and Union shops. I always had the high dollar numbers for the company because I visited my customers regularly and got to know them on a personal level where I could inquire about their families, kids in college, sports and how their golf game was progressing even to the point of playing a round of golf with them occasionally. Some of my co-workers preferred to work their phones and while they did make some money, they never hit the kinds of numbers I did. They were also surprised at how many of my customers sent me Christmas gifts each year even though I’m not a Christian. This digital age we live in is mostly a good thing, but the personal touch still creates customers who can also be friends.

It’s kind of difficult if visitors to our enema products page should be called “friends.”
