Do they still make newspapers out of paper?

Where in the world did he find a newspaper with that many pages?

I could read USA Today in the same amount of time . . . without speed reading.

No he was reading about Bidenomics

No news is good news.

I gave up the paper two years ago and switched to GoComics instead.

Why does E.B. drink coffee? Why does he drink/eat anything?

It’s very rare that a comic makes me literally laugh out loud. This one is no exception.

That might be the comics. Or he might have gotten to George Will’s column.

I still have my Evelyn Woods Speed Reading graduation card from the 1970’s somewhere.

The biggest trouble with speed reading is you can never slow down to enjoy your favorite books.

Monty blazes through the “news” only to be slowed down by his laughter at the comics (a.k.a. “the funnies,” as they were sometimes called in my area of the country). E.B. is very observant….
