Outdoor cats also chase rabbits, squirrels, and birds, among other things. Indoor cats would like to, given a chance. Surely there’s some common ground there.

Don’t know why. Mice are nice.

They could talk about their food. The cats in Breaking Cat News have been been discussing their horrible healthy food recently.

Can you help me get my catnip mice out from under the couch?
