There is a legend that Hatha Yoga was invented by Prince Hatha who admired the way a cat could go from full-speed combat to quiet contemplation effortlessly.
Judging from her reaction, Mitty is doing the Playing the Cello pose, which doesn’t look anything like any of the asanas I’ve seen pictured.
