Yes: go to PA and you will know Gene Jones is right that people from PA can’t dress themselves. All you really have to do is look at the people they send to Congress…
Black pants, socks and shirts……no matter what I pick it matches…so no worries. Had a coworker once tell me “I have never seen you in anything but black!” I told her “and you never will!” Saw her in a Costco once after that. I was wearing black. She started laughing. Had to explain to Mrs what she was laughing about.
They/he must be going out somewhere special, or it’s new shirt and pants wife bought, as a Plugger would normally be wearing is standard, well broken in flannel shirt and blue jeans and not care if they match.
I have two combinations, blue and brown. Any blue items go together and any brown items go together. The brownish-red shirt is a shade that goes with either.
We both wear jeans unless some reason to dress better or we are going to an reenactment. He wears casual shirts which button down the front; I wear tee shirts – long sleeves in winter, short sleeves in summer – and sneakers
For reenactments we dress in 18th century reproduction clothing I made for us.
For work – well, have not gone in awhile to any clients, but wore/would wear skirt or slacks with a nice blouse. He has only worked online for some years – when he went work he wore slacks, button shirt and sports jacket.
For dressing up for events – have not been any in years for us to go to.

I wear the same style clothes every day. Grey t-shirts, black jeans, black socks, black coat, black hat, black gloves. No careful coordination needed.
