I guess Nate is making Louie’s path easier this morning. I remember mental arithmetic. I was fairly good at it.

I’m surprised none of them whipped out their phone. It’s appalling that people cannot even figure out a 20% tip in their heads. If you can’t do basic math, how will you know if your paycheck is correct? I admit I didn’t have much use for much math until I was in my 20s and got my first job. I’m 73 and live for my spreadsheets, accounts, doing taxes (yes, I’m one of those people. I LOVE doing taxes) and helping younger people understand that knowledge is power when it comes to your money.

Sad that the government is dumbing each generation down to to being surfs

but the real question is, who has to ride on the gassy end of the bus

I never was good in math. Neither would I bribe Nate.
