    That also tracks with toothpaste. The actual directions say to use a pea sized amount. The commercials show people using more than twice that amount.

    I imagine a lot of ice cream is eaten late in the evening, in front of the TV … comfort food, especially needed when watching the 10 PM news.

    I’ve noticed on some pint containers that the total calories for the whole carton is shown. They’re catching on.

    If they make the serving size small enough ANYTHING can be labeled a low calorie food.

    Many manufacturers of “health food” items will use four different kinds of sugar so that “sugar” does not have to be listed as the first ingredient.
