The mortuary director was oh so sad at my Father’s funeral. My Dad had paid for everything 20 years prior to his passing.

Taco truck? What am I, made of money?

What do I care about you serve at my funeral? I don’t get any of it.

Great idea! I should probably get that put into the plan. Because if my wife’s in charge of that it’ll be an ice cream truck.

Joke aside, my friends would love a taco truck. Maybe see if I can borrow a Fat Sandwich truck. It’d be good to have options.

I’ve told my family I want to be cremated and ashes in the dumpster, but they can pass a bottle of Canadian Club around if they wish. Now I’ll have to tell them a taco truck is also acceptable.
