Tosa Inu 100-200 pounds

Boerboel 150-200 pounds

Mastiff 120-230 pounds

Biggest and heaviest are two different things.

I would say the Newfoundland!

How about Irish Wolfhounds?

The biggest dog is Clifford.

Unlike Bub, I don’t like asking my phone and prefer doing my own research. I learn so many new unexpected things that way.

English Mastiffs are the world’s largest recorded breed and yes, I had to Google it.

We had a man in our neighborhood who was paralyzed and had an electric wheelchair. Everyday he would “walk” his Irish wolfhound and his great Dane. The dogs were the coolest, most laid-back ones I have ever met. We joked that the doggies would be able to pull him if his battery ever died.

Asking biggest dog is like asking biggest land animal. Giraffe would be taller, but elephant would be heavier.
