Do these DEI air traffic controller recruits know how to land a plane or only to take off? Does Buttigieg’s DOT need to bring our ultra-safe air travel down to the level of safety of our clogged freeways?
Does Mr. Weatherford think we need to go back to Jim Crow laws and university admissions quotas for religious minorities as well? Are DEI programs at ANY federal agency actually a problem, let alone a reality? It may come as a surprise to this “cartoonist” that despite some near-misses, civil aviation in America is still much safer and more efficient (outside of weather problems) than it has ever been.
