A more recent article from CNN (Nov 6, 2009) indicates the cost to be over $10 Billion & needing Govt Tax Payer $$$$$ to help build them because Wall Street Investors Aren’t interested.

Gumbo - sounds like a good solution! Maybe add some of those Radiated Critters floating in the big water pond they built to cool down the reactors too!
