Sadly, over the years, I’ve worked with too many people who spent more time gaming the system than doing anything productive. Too often, these people were in an executive position. They were quick to take credit for what someone else did, and even quicker to blame their failures on others.
It was a dark and stormy night, a flash of lightening, an odd grunt, a muffled struggle, a dumpster lid slams shut. In the morning much work was actually accomplished by the remaining two workers. He was never missed, nor spoken of again.
